Day of European Languages

This is my new adventure in Petra Sanchez primary school, Murcia.

Last 26th of September we celebrated the Day of European Languages. As children in this school are from everywher we changed into the Day of Languages in general.

It was an interesting activity as some of them could proudly show off the place where they are from or how to say good morning in their native language. They even showed us in a map their countries and pointed their flags.

Bienvenidos al nuevo curso escolar 2009/10

Hola a tod@s. Os doy la bienvenida al nuevo curso escolar.
Este año me he traslado a Murcia, así que, tengo nuevo centro, compañeros y alumnado.
Encuentro que hay más diversidad cultural y por lo tanto lingüistica, lo cual, va a ser un reto profesional para mí.
Desde aquí empezare mis nuevas aventuras con niños de Los Alcazares, lugar donde el centro está situado. Este año, trabajaré inglés con niños de entre 6 y 8 años.

Riddle contest

Hello again!

Last week I proposed to my students from 6th course to create riddles in English. There were short and long riddles, copied from internet, translated literally into English.... Of course, there was a prize. One winner from each class had a positive point for the marks and a diploma!!!

They loved it!!
